Woche 4 war von einer Zunahme der Volatilität bei Blockchain-Aktien geprägt, die zunächst durch ein erneutes Aufflammen geopolitischer Risiken ausgelöst wurde, nachdem Donald Trump mit Zöllen von 10 % auf Europa gedroht hatte, die sich bei Ausbleiben eines Abkommens über Grönland auf 25 % erhöhen könnten. Im weiteren Wochenverlauf verbesserte sich die Stimmung jedoch, als die Spannungen nachließen. Trotz dieses Umfelds zeigten sich die US-makroökonomischen Daten weiterhin robust, während sich die Bedingungen in Japan verschlechterten: Ein deutlicher Anstieg der Anleiherenditen und ein schwächerer Yen belebten erneut die Sorgen über eine mögliche Auflösung von Carry-Trades und daraus resultierende Abverkäufe von US-Vermögenswerten. Vor diesem gemischten makroökonomischen Hintergrund setzten Treasury-Strategien für digitale Vermögenswerte ihre Bitcoin-Akkumulation fort, was die anhaltende Flexibilität der Kapitalmärkte unterstreicht. Gleichzeitig sorgten Anzeichen für eine Wiederöffnung des IPO-Fensters sowie die Aussicht auf eine letztliche Verabschiedung des CLARITY Act für einen konstruktiven Rückenwind bei kryptobezogenen Aktien.

In Japan beließ die BoJ die Leitzinsen bei 0,75 %, während sich die JGB-Kurve in einem Bear-Steepening bewegte, was die Sorgen über eine steigende staatliche Verschuldung im Vorfeld der anstehenden Wahlen widerspiegelt, da Premierministerin Takaichi versucht, ihre politische Unterstützung zu festigen.

  • Indexmitglied Strategy Inc erweitert seine Bestände um weitere 22.305 BTC für 2,13 Mrd. USD – Strategy Inc gab eine weitere große Bitcoin-Akquisition von 22.305 BTC (zu 95.284 USD/BTC) bekannt, nachdem in der Vorwoche bereits 13.627 BTC erworben worden waren. Erneut wurde der Großteil des Kaufs über die At-the-Market-(ATM-)Emissionsprogramme finanziert, vor allem über Stammaktien, ergänzt durch 294,3 Mio. Die Nutzung von Eigenkapital- und Vorzugsaktienemissionen trägt zur Wahrung der bilanziellen Flexibilität bei und kann zusätzlichen Spielraum für zukünftige Kredit- oder Vorzugsaktienemissionen schaffen, sofern Strategy weiterhin über einen verlässlichen Marktzugang zur Emission von Eigenkapital verfügt. Das wegweisende „Digital-Credit“-Modell von Strategy wird inzwischen auch von anderen übernommen: Strive, Inc. (ASST) hat eine eigene Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred („SATA“) aufgelegt, mit der Möglichkeit, bis zu 2,25 Mio. Aktien zu emittieren und zunächst 150 Mio. Januar, nachdem der IPO-Preis auf 18 USD festgelegt worden war. Dabei wurden 213 Mio. USD eingesammelt, was einer impliziten Bewertung von 2,1 Mrd. USD zum Handelsstart entspricht. Als regulierter Anbieter von Verwahr- und Infrastrukturdienstleistungen (und nicht als reines Token-Beta-Investment) liefert der Börsengang einen wichtigen Hinweis auf die institutionelle Nachfrage nach „Pick-and-Shovel“-Krypto-Exposure, einschließlich des erwarteten Wachstums im Bereich der Tokenisierung. Parallel dazu reichte die Prime-Brokerage- und Clearing-Plattform Clear Street einen IPO-Antrag ein und berichtete für die ersten neun Monate des Jahres 2025 von einem Umsatzanstieg von 160 %, da sie ihre Kapitalmarktaktivitäten ausbaute, einschließlich Underwriting- und Beratungsmandaten für Emittenten digitaler Vermögensstrategien wie Strategy Inc und Trump Media. Bitpanda kündigte Pläne an, ein Handelsangebot für Aktien und ETFs zu starten und damit über das Krypto-Geschäft hinaus zu expandieren – in Anlehnung an jüngste Diversifizierungsinitiativen von Coinbase und Kraken.
