Resilient inflows of US$3.17B despite price correction

  • Digital asset investment products saw US$3.17B inflows last week, pushing YTD inflows to a record US$48.7B, despite price corrections linked to US–China tariff tensions.

  • Trading volumes hit all-time highs, with weekly ETP volumes at US$53B and Friday’s daily volume at US$15.3B, while total AuM fell 7% to US$242B.

  • Bitcoin led inflows with US$2.67B, Ethereum followed with US$338M, and SOL and XRP inflows slowed to US$93.3M and US$61.6M respectively.

Digital asset investment products recorded inflows of US$3.17B last week despite the significant price correction cause by the China tariff threats by the US. Friday saw little reaction with a paltry US$159M outflows. Year-to-date (YTD) inflows have now surpassed the record inflows last year, totalling US$48.7B so far in 2025.

Ethereum saw further inflows of US$338M last week, although saw outflows on Friday of US$172M, the largest of any digital asset, suggesting investors saw it as being the most vulnerable in this correction.

Despite the hype around the upcoming SOL and XRP US ETF launches, inflows have slowed to US$93.3M and US$61.6M respectively.
