1 april 2026 | SAINT HELIER, Jersey | CoinShares PLC (tidigare Odysseus Holdings Limited, ”CoinShares” eller ”Bolaget”), en ledande global kapitalförvaltare specialiserad på digitala tillgångar med över 6 miljarder USD i förvaltat kapital, meddelade idag de inlett handel på Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) i USA under tickern ”CSHR” den 1 april 2026.

USA‑noteringen genomfördes genom ett samgående mellan CoinShares International Limited, Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. (“Vine Hill”), ett så kallat special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), och CoinShares PLC, ett nybildat holdingbolag. Efter transaktionens genomförande blev CoinShares International Limited ett helägt dotterbolag till CoinShares PLC, som nu är det börsnoterade moderbolaget på Nasdaq.

Nasdaq‑noteringen placerar CoinShares i centrum av världens största och mest likvida kapitalmarknad, i ett skede där den institutionella efterfrågan på digitala tillgångar accelererar. Den amerikanska marknaden erbjuder:
