Trotz der Marktschwäche bleibt das makroökonomische Umfeld in den USA robust: Die Nonfarm Payrolls fielen stärker aus als erwartet, die Arbeitslosenquote blieb stabil bei 4,3 %, und die Daten lieferten nur wenige Hinweise auf eine unmittelbar bevorstehende Rezession. Gleichzeitig führten die starken Arbeitsmarktdaten zu steigenden Renditen von US-Staatsanleihen und belebten die Diskussion über eine mögliche Zinserhöhung der US-Notenbank bis Ende 2026. Dies stellte einen zusätzlichen Gegenwind für Wachstumsaktien und Kryptoanlagen dar. Auf regulatorischer Seite entwickelten sich die Rahmenbedingungen konstruktiver: Die CFTC ebnete durch Genehmigungen für Kalshi und Coinbase den Weg für regulierte Krypto-Perpetual-Futures in den USA. Zudem bleibt der CLARITY Act nach seiner Verabschiedung durch den Bankenausschuss des Senats im Gesetzgebungsprozess, wodurch die Hoffnung auf einen umfassenderen Regulierungsrahmen für die US-Kryptomarktstruktur erhalten bleibt.
