Die Woche 31 war zunächst von einer weiteren Verschlechterung an den globalen Aktienmärkten geprägt, da gehebelte Positionen im KI-Handel abgebaut wurden, insbesondere in Südkorea und bei mehreren prominenten Hedgefonds, was die Marktvolatilität deutlich ansteigen ließ, bevor sich die Stimmung im weiteren Wochenverlauf wieder erholte. Dies geschah vor dem Hintergrund anhaltender Unsicherheit über den Zinsausblick: Fed-Chef Warsh sorgte kaum für Klarheit über den künftigen geldpolitischen Kurs, während das lange Ende der Treasury-Kurve angesichts anhaltender Inflations- und Haushaltssorgen weiter anstieg. Die kürzer laufenden Renditen gaben dagegen nach, nachdem das FOMC beschlossen hatte, die Zinsen unverändert zu lassen, was zu einer steileren Zinsstrukturkurve führte. Auf Unternehmensebene blieben die Ergebnisse gespalten: Starke Resultate von Halbleiter- und Technologiekonzernen mit hoher Marktkapitalisierung standen schwächeren Zahlen von Börsen und Zahlungsplattformen gegenüber, bei denen gedämpfte Krypto-Volumina und Gebühreneinnahmen teilweise durch fortgesetzte Fortschritte bei der Diversifizierung der Einnahmequellen ausgeglichen wurden.

  • Indexentwicklung: Der Index blieb im Wochenverlauf weitgehend unverändert und entwickelte sich damit besser als Bitcoin, der um 1,56 % nachgab. Das FOMC ließ die Zinsen unverändert, während Vorsitzender Warsh das lange Ende des Treasury-Marktes kaum beruhigen konnte, sodass die 30-jährigen Renditen auf ein Niveau stiegen, das zuletzt 2008 zu beobachten war. Die zweijährige Rendite gab dagegen nach, was zu einer steileren Zinsstrukturkurve führte. Die Volatilität an den Aktienmärkten wurde durch den Abbau gehebelter KI-Positionen zusätzlich verstärkt, wobei eine Erholung im späteren Wochenverlauf dem Index half, frühere Verluste auszugleichen und die Woche weitgehend unverändert zu beenden.

SBI erzielte das stärkste Ergebnis auf Konzernebene, wobei der Umsatz um 28,8 % stieg, obwohl das Kryptosegment trotz eines Umsatzwachstums von 25,9 % weiterhin Verluste verzeichnete, was die verhaltene Marktaktivität und fortgesetzte Investitionen im Vorgriff auf die erwartete Nachfrage widerspiegelt. SBI befindet sich weiterhin in einer Investitionsphase und baut eine stärker integrierte Franchise auf, die den heimischen Börsenhandel, die institutionelle B2C2-Liquidität, Stablecoins und Tokenisierung umfasst. Insgesamt deuten die Ergebnisse trotz schwacher Krypto-Handelserlöse darauf hin, dass der nachhaltige Wert zunehmend in der Kontrolle mehrerer Ebenen des Krypto-Ökosystems liegt und nicht allein in Spot-Handelsgebühren.

Da bislang kein Ankermieter benannt wurde, stellt das Projekt derzeit eher eine Entwicklungsoption als einen bereits kontrahierten Auftragsbestand dar.

  • Core Scientific unterzeichnete 15-jährige Verträge mit AMD über rund 530 MW an fünf Standorten, was mehr als 14 Mrd. USD an potenziellen kontrahierten Basisumsätzen entspricht. Die breitere Partnerschaft könnte bis zu 2,5 GW unterstützen, wobei die Kapazität über die anfänglichen 530 MW hinaus weiterhin eine nicht kontrahierte Option bleibt.

  • Strategy kaufte 288.930 STRC-Aktien für 25 Mio. USD zu einem Durchschnittspreis von 86,52 USD zurück, was einem Abschlag von rund 13,5 % gegenüber dem angegebenen Wert entspricht. Die Transaktion tilgte 28,9 Mio. USD an Vorzugsnominalwert und senkte den jährlichen STRC-Dividendenbedarf um rund 3,5 Mio. USD.
